Send from your own email provider and domain and the email line is $0, with no cap from us. Preview usage is prorated, with each monthly line rounded to the nearest cent. The proposed check meter counts resource decisions, not batch requests. Final definitions remain subject to validation.

A useful price is one you can understand before you build around it.
Do I need to upgrade to try a feature?
No. Every released self-service feature belongs on Free as well as Standard. The difference is the amount of usage included. Technical and abuse limits still apply.
What counts as a retained user?
A person who returns more than 24 hours after creating their account counts once in that UTC calendar month. Moving between organizations in the same tenant does not count them again. Separate tenants are counted separately.
Why count permission checks separately?
A small business team can make millions of access decisions. A consumer app can have many people making few decisions. Separating people from hosted checks lets the estimate reflect both kinds of application.
Are there charges for seats or SSO connections?
Our pricing direction has no administrator-seat, organization-seat, or per-SSO-connection fees. Business and consumer applications use the same plans. Machine token issuance has no per-token charge; technical and abuse limits apply.
Can I send email from my own provider?
Yes. Every plan lets you connect your own email provider and sending domain. Email you send that way is not metered or capped by Udibo; the email allowance and rate apply only to messages we deliver for you.
What about storage and bandwidth?
We plan to include ordinary identity storage and bandwidth in the plan allowances. Exact limits will be published before launch. Large exports and unusually heavy workloads need to fit those limits too.
How will spending limits work?
We are designing an overall monthly service budget, including the base price, with optional limits for individual resources. The calculator only compares an estimate with a budget. It does not set an account limit. Final enforcement details, including effects on email-based sign-in, will be published before launch.
Can I rely on these prices yet?
The Free and $5 entry plans are our direction. The quantities and usage rates on this page are a preview, pending cost validation. Final allowances, meter definitions, and price-change terms will be available before you can subscribe.
